Budget Vacation Near Orlando

My mother is letting us use her timeshare and there are alot of places in Florida available. We are hoping to use it for our upcoming spring break. We are college seniors and so this will be one of the last times my friends and I will have together. Some of my friends have not gotten a chance to go to Disney and would like to visit one of the parks. We would also like to spend some time at the beach to go jet skiing, parasailing, etc. We want to stay close to the beach, but we would like to be no more than 5 hours away from Orlando so we could spend a day at Disney. We were thinking about West Palm Beach. Does anyone else have any suggestions?

Just be aware that many resorts require the person checking in to be at least a certain age. 25 is not unusual.

You're several months too late to book most resorts for the 2011 Spring Break. I'm surprised you're seeing anything available at the beach at all.
