Budget Trip in December

Hey everyone,

My DH & I are wanting to take a Disney vacation this December, but need to do it on a strict budget. We'd like to find a really cheap, but not disgusting hotel or timeshare close to Disney. We've heard of people who get rooms very inexpensively per night at off-sight locations, but just have to sit through a timeshare speil. That would be fine, but I am not sure where to start looking for these kinds of deals...any advise or help?

Rather than doing a timeshare presentation, I would try to rent a condo. Grand Palms generally seem to be the least expensive that I have seen if you are going strictly on Price. If you want more amenities then you could try something like Windsor Hills or Windsor Palms.

I am also seeing Comfort Suites Main Gate East for $79/night including taxes through hotelmartusa.com. That hotel has free deluxe continental breakfast.

I have also heard good things about Beuna Vista Suites on these boards for a good budget hotel.
