Budget SW rate?

Booked rental thru Budget using SWs BCD #uo72700; there's a coupon as to varying amount of their website too. Rate is the best so far for my dates.

Have never rented before confused as to few things:

1) The coupon MUAZ067 isn't reflected in the amount I was finally quoted...do you just present it @ the counter for credit?

2) What is the difference between their Rapid Rez & Fastbreak? Not sure if i need to sign up or not.

3) Is their counter generally crowded?

4) Is their a kiosk in the garage ala QS/Emerald Aisle?

One thing I dislike about Budget's website is that it never reflects the coupon discount. Call their reservation number to confirm that it has been accepted.

I believe Rapid Rez is how you make a reservation if you have Fastbreak. It's free and you can bypass the line so I would sign up for it.

The counter can be busy so if you have Fastbreak you'll go directly to the garage to a booth and they'll give you keys to your car.
