Does Budget have a 'shuttle' to and from port? We want to pick up a car after getting off our 7 day cruise.

Dave, we have used Avis in the past because of the Radisson but I understand that they are no longer there. Which is closer for walking distance? Avis or Budget?

I didn't see Avis close to the Radisson, but Budget is only a few buildings down.

The shuttle to/from Budget/Port was fine. We had to wait a bit, but nothing terrible. The guy driving the shuttle was a WWII vet and so, so nice. He gave everyone directions and was super-nice.

My wife and I used budget last October and waited 1 HOUR for the shuttle. This April we are going with Herts since they were sending 2 vans at a time every 4 minutes or so.

I asked the gentleman driving for budget where he has been ....... "I guess when you get as old as me you forget time."

We almost missed our plane because he "forgot the time"

we used Budget for our Christmas Cruise. They are just a couple blocks from the Radisson. We waited about fifteen minutes for the shuttle van. There was no one else there taking the shuttle to the port. I do believe though I will stick to DCL for getting back to the airport, because as an earlier poster indicated, you wouldn't want to miss your plane, and that is always my big fear when we get back into port that you would have to wait for a shuttle, then wait to rent the car, return car and so on. The return back is just easier for us to go on the DCL bus.

We used Budget in October and the shuttle was waiting for us when we got off the ship. We did wait about 20 minutes to get our rental. We didn't mind because we had a later afternoon flight and had the extra time. We are using them again in March.
