Budget Rent-A-Car Car Seats???

Has anyone used one of the car seats from Budget when renting from them??? Are they clean, new, safe??? We have a 2 yr old and we plan on getting one so as not to have to lug ours from home....

Car seat misuse is very high. I would bring your own seat so you are familiar with how to install and use it.
