Budget or Avis after cruise?

Looks like I'll be doing the car rental thing since it seems like it's not as crazy as I thought after the cruise. I can get the same rate with Budget or Avis through Costco. Any advice on which one to use?

When we disembarked this morning I was glad we'd booked Avis for the FL part of our trip; the wait line for the shuttle was much shorter than any of the others. And the staff there were very accomodating we needed a larger vehicle after fourteen days we had alot more luggage than we boarded with; there were quite a few of us with this issue. Now we're at WDW and I have to sort through what we'll ship home and what will make the flight with us given luggage restrictions.
