Currently have stock monitor that came with my old computer. I recently upgraded the tower to something to better handle photo editing and CS6

I am looking for a better monitor as no matter how I calibrate my screen it never looks like the end printed results.

I am not looking to spend a lot of money and was looking for suggestions on a decent monitor

Also do you think IPS and anti glare are beneficial?

TIA

I just picked up an Asus Pb23q for about $180. It's a 23" ips screen, and I think it covered 100% srgb and 90 something percent of the Adobe rgb color space. In comparison to my old TN screen, it's way more accurate, and from what i've seen so far, the colors representation and prints are pretty close.. I really wanted the pa249q which is the higher end professional series monitor that comes factory calibrated (though it should really be calibrated again when you get it home as environmental conditions will affect it's output). I think the PA version runs around $300 or so which is still pretty affordable.
