Budget Friendly Hotel with EMH Privileges?

Hi DisFolk,
At WDW we would stay onsite at a Value Resort.
At DLP we'd like to keep it as "value" as possible since we are going heavy on the park time, but we also want access to Extra Magic Hours in the mornings. Two adults without kids.
Can anyone recommend a hotel - onsite at DLP or perhaps a "friendly neighbor" hotel that has EMH privileges?

I'd recommend the Cheyenne! The theme is really unique and fun, the rooms are nice, you get all the benefits of being onsite including EMH and it really isn't too far from the parks. There's a shuttle or it's 15-25 min walk depending which building you're in.
If you're in the US please do check prices on other country sites - you don't need to book through the US site. My understanding is it won't always be the best deal.
