I have been reading a lot about LL because I wanted to get the best deal, you could forgo the park hopper, I heard that the aquarium isn't a big deal to visit especially since you're already doing SW. Also they said that LL can definitely be seen in one day, really no need to do more than one day there. That could save you some money right there but if that's what you really want to do and you are okay with spending the money then go for it!

What about doing the gift cards for your kids and then use some of the saved souvenir money to buy the playsets? That could possibly cut down on the money needed for souvenirs and your kids would probably like "buying" their own stuff, I know my kids do!
