Thats all of the basics. Besides all that above we plan to take about $500 "buffer" money or "just in case of an emergency" money.

Tips...Waitress, mousekeepers, shuttle bus driver, sky cap, bell person ect.

Transportation roundtrip from airport to hotel.

Oops. LOL  Forgot those. I guess they wouldnt appreciate that huh?

Your food estimates look low to me, as far as what you expect each sit down meal to cost.

Are you leaving a car at the airport? Make sure you account for those charges.

Transfers to WDW from the airport and back.

Souviner estimate looks low also.

thanks - I did forget the tips on my budget list - (and Yes I would have remembered sometime btwn now and Aug)
DH will be driving DS & myself to and from the airport - we are planning on Disney's transportation from/to MCO
Ive been checking Debs menues and I do find some sit-downs that are under $15 pp (not incl tax & tip) I want to take DS back to Cape May brkfst (he was there when he was 4 and doesnt remember it) so I'll need to work w/our food $ that day. Since we have the time this trip most of our sit-downs will be lunchtime to break up the non-park days.
also mini-golf on 1 of our down days
DS has a May b'day - part of his present will be Disney Dollars so he'll have his own spending money
and I do have money back at home that will cover any other unexpected expenses put on the charge card - I'll pull it from savings and pay myself back

Depends on who you are. I could stay there for a full month and not spend this, on my WHOLE family! We are NOT Souviner people and simply don't buy them...waste of money and we aren't interested at all in stuff. We do autographs and pressed pennies for dd. This is for all and any vacation we go on as well...we cruise a lot too.

Will you be needing to do any laundry while there? This can add up quickly (washers, dryers, detergent, dryer sheets). On the plus side, there is a new service at Disney that picks you up at the airport and delivers you and luggage to your resort - no charge. I'm not sure when this begins, but I'm pretty sure it's by May (I think I missed when you are going). Good luck!

If you like to take many photos add in money for film, extra batteries and developing. You absolutely do not want to pay WDW costs for film and batteries!
Your food budget looks good. Some days you won't spend all of it and that will help make up the extra $ needed for Cape May.
Depending on what kind of child you have the $100 looks low for souvenirs since your DH is not going with you. I'd have to spend that much alone on my DH if I ever went without him. ;)
