If I remember Budget Fastbreak works that you go the the Fastbreak counter p/u assigned vehicle paperwork and go to that car. My question is has anyone not liked the vehicle assigned and if so what it took to get another vehicle you did like?

My only suggestion is that when you get to the car in the garage check it over completely and report any dents (even is really small) and scratches. We have used Budget numerous time without any issue but on one trip we hit the return b____ of all time. She basically inspected the car inch by inch and found a small scratch on the front bumper (we made the mistake of not checking the car when picking it up) and made such a huge deal of it and having to file a claim that it was embarrassing with other return customers listening. I felt like a criminal. We did get a bill from Budget SIX months later and I turned around a sent a not so nice email about the entire situation and thankfully they didn't make us pay. The next trip after that issue we basically checked the car and when returning basically the guy checked the miles driven and never looked at the car.
