Budget Fastbreak--Additional Driver

I have a reservation for a rental with budget and also joined Fastbreak. Do I need to do anything to add my husband as a driver? I see from there terms that a spouse can be added at no cost, but since I plan to use fastbreak, will we be able to add my husband at the fastbreak counter? Do we need to do anything at all to add my husband or his he automatically eligible to drive?

Just a follow up in case anyone else has this question . . . I emailed Budget to ask about this. They said I didn't need to do anything to add my husband as a driver. He is automatically allowed to drive the car.
