Budget Costco code W852849 and coupon

Has anyone used Costco code W852849 PLUS a coupon. It says not valid with any other BCD code but nothing about can't combine with a coupon. Since it gives a 30% discount I didn't know if it was able to be used with a coupon. Just wondered if anyone had used both. I am a Costco member so that will be no problem verifying at rental.
