Budget car rental at Sanford airport?

It says Budget is off site via shuttle on the Sanford Airport web site. Can you tell me is this difficult to get to your car or is it relatively close?

Budget is off site at Sanford. It is several miles away on US17-92. That being said, They will pick you up at the terminal and drop you off back there when done. The shuttle is a 15 Passenger van. The only issue you could have would be an after hours return although I believe they adjust their hours for incoming and departing flights. It is always best to check with the location directly.
