Budget Car Hire Pick Up ????

Hi all,

Not long to our 1st DW Holiday we are all so excited now my DD keeps asking everyday how many days left

Quickie anybody used Budget @ (used them as got a great deal via AMEX card offer)
DOUBLETREE @ WALT DISNEY WORLD

Is it Easy to get to we are staying at POP DW, they do offer a pick up service so i suppose i could just use that anyway i take it you just call them when you are in the US and ready for the car on the day i booked it ????

Sorry - we always pick ours up from the airport.
Have you not got a number or email address that you could contact to ask the questions directly?

Same for us, always pick up at the airport.
You will be able to get bus to DTD then walk from there, don't know exactly where it is on Hotel Plaza Blvd but Google shows it opposite end to DTD

Hotel Plaza Blvd is only 10-15 mins from one end to other so it is walkable, not bad in cooler temps but its getting hot out there.

Or use pick up service if they offer it. We used Dollar a few years ago. Dropped car off on Hwy 192 as we were going to Clearwater by Virgin transfer. Dollar guy took us back to hotel no problem.

I'm not sure how strict they are with the 24hr rule, When are you picking up the car after you arrive?
Personally I'd use this if at all possible.

From the Budget website

To request pickup, call the Budget location directly at the phone number listed on your reservation confirmation. Requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance of pickup. When you call the location, be sure to provide all applicable information including exact time of pickup, precise address, and a phone number where you can be reached at that time.

Think i will use there pick up service, we arrive on the 28/05 but car not booked out till 01/06 anyway saves me the messing of getting over to there pick up point from POP..
