Every year Oprah does her show which features her list of Favorite Things. Keeping budget in mind, share some of your favorite 2005 products. Sorta the Poor Man's version of Oprah's Favorite Things.

Here are some of mine...

Mr. Clean Stain Eraser
KitchenAid Silicone Pot and Pan Grabber (Bed, Bath and Beyond)
Calphalon Pans on Amazon.com (Tip from DISBoards)
Bath and Body Works Wallflowers (new to me and I got them on sale)
Crystal Light packets (we carry them in restaurants for the kids when they get water to drink)
Post It Notes Picture Paper (thanks to a free sample link from the DISBoards)
Sharpie Minis (again from a DISBoards link)

I like the Glade scented candles every bit as much as Yankee candles and they are $1.99 each.

My all time favorite deal from the DIS budget boards in 2005 has to be the disneydirect deal when we were able to stack the wonderful codes.

Oh wasn't that a great one!!!

:wave2: One of my favorite things are Disney Dollars!!!! - :cheer2:

I can't think of anything to add (other than seconding the Mr. Clean erasers and the cheaper ones from Dollar Tree or Deal$ are just as good) but I LOVE this thread and hope plenty of people respond with their favorites!
Great idea!

Old Navy online. I check out their "bargains" everyday. Be sure to check frequently close to Christmas day for deals on their Christmas pjs & shirts. I found a t-shirt for my daughter that she wanted for $1.99. It was a Halloween t-shirt and we saw it in the store for $9.99 on Halloween and I wouldn't buy it because I didn't think she really wanted it. Well, the day after I looked at www.oldnavy.com and bought the same shirt for $1.99 and got some Halloween pj pants for $2.99. She LOVES them! Even though Halloween is over - she still has a cute set to lounge in.

They also had their ladies velour sets on sale for $10 each piece last weekend. I already own one of every color and 2 of some colors;o) They are soooo comfy and I wear them all of the time!

Ohhh - the fleece pullovers were $10 each last weekend, too! I love wearing fleece clothes! So cozy and comfy! It's like wearing pj's all of the time;o)

Not sure when they started this but I love the new pop tops on Campbell's soups. No can opener needed now.
FeBreeze's new variety of sprays
Crisco Veg Oil's new pour spout/measuring cup lid
Sharpie Click top markers
Tide with Downy and Fabreeze(although I only buy it with coupons on sale)
Oreos with PB stuffing
Schick Quattro for women (free for many of us here) ;)
New Crest flavors
Purina's Busy Bones for dogs

Three piece cotton pajama sets from Target
Hershey's Pot of Golds Pecan Caramel Clusters
B & BW Lavendar Vanilla Sugar Scrub

Some of my favorite things are:

The Body Shop - Coconut Body Butter
Tide with Fabreeze
Ginger Peach Tea (The Republic of Tea)

Oh! Yea...Body Shop MANGO Body Butter...smells good enough to eat! :earboy2:

2. the Scrubbing Bubbles Drop-Ins that you drop in your toilet and let soak so you don't have to use as much elbow grease to clean.

3. I would also second Wallflowers!

LOVE- Mr Clean ME as well.
Also loving the Intuition razor (has the "stuff" on it- no cream/gel/foam required)
new finds are @ BBW- They have a lip balm Ripe Red Currant- just a touch of color, TASTES great! $4.50 Also new to me from BBW- They have American Girl lip slicks, like juicy lip gels, Sheer Strawberry- again a touch of color, lots of shine & TASTES great too! $5.00 (Not sure how this is related to American girl dolls)
And another new FAV is the Folgers Skinney Latte "pods" for the Home Cafe brewing system... better than Starbucks and you get 8 for around $5.00
Also a HUGE on line shopping fan of Old Navy and also checking it daily.
PAPA MURPHEYS!!! The Sicilian is amazing, as well as the perfect. Please try this if you have one near you.
So glad OP started this fun thread.

I love anything from Philosophy (especially their Berry Crumb Pie 3 in 1!)

I'm also addicted to Downy's Vanilla and Lavender fabric softener. I pay $2.99 for laundry detergent for 40 loads but $5 for fabric softener for 20 loads :rotfl:

I also love this product. I got it at Sams club (2 for I think $6) and absolutely love the smell :)

I also like the Mr clean bathtub cleaner thing <can't remember the name>.

Mr. Clean ME
The Body Shop - Coconut Body Butter(me too)
Foot and hand massage
Manicure and pedicure
a new haircut or hair color
losing those last 5 lbs.
home made hot chocolate
home made mashed potatoes
Good manners

And another thing I am in LOVE with...
Honeycrisp apples.... they do come with a warning as you will be an apple snob for sure, they are the best plain ol eating apple ever! additional warning they are $1.99 per pound here in Indy, but so worth every penny.

Also love toddler potty wipes. Not sure of the name, I think there is a frog or gecko on the packaging.
Love crocs (and I do wear them with jeans, tee shirts and socks too)
New York & Company cropped dress pants- think tailored gauchos
Another new find I love is Aquage hair products- amazing for naturally curly hair & cheaper than Ouidad
Another great find is Kristin Basnett @ AAA
Blackberry Merlot.... I haven't had a bad bottle yet.

And of course I am so loving my 11-0 Indianapolis Colts!

For really budget things I love surfing good budget boards ,especially this one... ::MinnieMo and frequently clicking on links for cool cheap and free stuff...
But sometimes, you have to pamper yourself... for my luxury items I go to my best source, Woodsprites Soapery(CT) makes natural, no chemical body and spa products, mmmmm! My favorite is layering the "Rose of the Shire" soap in the shower, then the sugar scrub, then step out and, powder time, move on to the perfume when dressed, and feel pampered all day long! If I'm not in my rose mood, I go for layering chocolate truffle and vanilla bean soap, sugar scrub and rich rich lotion! It's my way to get chocolate minus calories... :goodvibes
Also, for in between really cheap, and some luxury, I also love Mr clean eraser...

Burt's Bees Lip Balm has to be on my list of favorite things!

Here's a vote for Body Shops Nut Body Butter. Its one of the best smells in the world!
I also love Clean Baby Girl perfume.
And fuzzy socks and my Tinkerbell pajama pants.
And all the Uncle John's Bathroom Reader books.
If I start thinking, I'm sure my list would grow bigtime.
