Is it possible to cruise a 4 night and spend 4 days at WDW for 4adults/1 kid for $13k?? very flexible with time of year. is this possible?

I think more than possible. All depends on what type of accommodations you are looking at and how many rooms. And the cruiseline - with Disney cruiseline not sure. My family goes on cruises quite often. We normally cruise with Carnival or Royal Caribbean. I usually book quite a bit in advance but we normally sail in a balcony (4 of us in 1 cabin ) and pay around $3000 or so for a 7 night cruise. Of course alcohol and excursions and stuff is extra. You can get some really good deals on 4 night cruises.

Yes. You can do a 4 night Disney cruise at non-peak times for under $5000. My family of 4 is looking to do 2 verandah cabins in early January for a 4 night dream cruise for around $5000. All 4 in one cabin would be less. That would leave $8000 for disney world. Very realistic budget.

Interior balcony? Anyway, definitely possible on many cruise lines. Possibly possible on Disney. Possible but unlikely on luxury cruise lines - but do any of those even embark on Florida?

The Interior balcony overlooks the interior of the ship in contrast to an exterior balcony that overlooks the water.
Yeah, I should have probably called it a Boardwalk view balcony as that would have been clearer. The boardwalk/central park balconies are generally a bit cheaper so I didn't want to misrepresent the room we had. :)
