Budget and Hotwire?

We rented a car from Budget using Hotwire, which I am starting to regret. Anyway does anyone know we will still have to stop at the desk before going out to the garage desk? It is a prepaid rental so I wa hoping to bypass the lines at the desk.

With all Priceline (name your own price options) and Hotwire rentals you will have to stop at the counter.
