Budger Car Rental - Sanford Airport

Ok so I have given up hope that anyone will ever answer their phone at Budget Car Rental. In an earlier post someone mentioned that Budget wasnt at the airport but a short drive away and to call and they will pick you up.

On the website it says counter at the airport and a short walk to the car.

Which is correct?

I stand corrected, things have changed in the last year.

When I rented from Budget a year ago from Sanford, they were an off airport location. I went through the airport last night and they do have an on site location now.
