Buddy System

Since this board is such a tight group of helping people maybe we can work out a buddy system for people that are going out of town on a weekend. That way if an important item comes up for sale we either buy it for them or call to alert them about it.

That would help us not miss important buys and also be able to live our lives without having to worry that we are missing something with our virtual ones

Anyone up for this?

I definitely like this idea. I am always thinking that I'm going to miss out on the next cool thing.

Or maybe there could be a thread when someone knows in advance when they'll be out of town or away from the computer and will want someone to purchase a potential special! Then they can arrange trading enough furniture or something to sell back to give the other person a little extra credit boost in the meantime.

I wish we could like you can in animal crossing ...send them in the mail.

I also wish we could design our own clothes like on AC that would be too much fun!

I never have alot of credits but will try and help out if I can.

So if you are not going to be able to check your VMK this weekend get with one of us. We will either buy you what you need or get in touch with you so you can know what is for sale.

I am around this weekend but next I am away and no way am I going to miss a chance for a Princess outfit. I wasn't even on VMK when they offered it and I so covet one!

I see all "the cool kids" walking around with the Right clothes (space suits and princess dresses) and the right head wear (Socrceres hats and Mickey ears) and here I am one of the geek kids without....sigh!

What a great idea! I had already said I would do this for another friend who isn't even on Dis.

I'm a bit short on credits right now especially considering how much worth of stuff is left out there to get... arg!

If you can believe it, I played ned, 20 credits at a time, for 2700 credits today.
