BUCANEERS TAKE OVER THE WEST CRUISE! Apr 3-10 2010

Has anyone ever put their kids in the kids club? Or do you plan to? It sounds like a lot of fun.

This will be our third cruise starting when ds was 6. He is 10 this time and he goes to the club every chance he gets. He likes the activities but his vice is really the video/computer games. Well, its his vacation too I say. Plus, DH and I get lots of alone time. :cool1:

Getting excited about this cruise as I just booked the Dream for 2011 and have been thinking about cruising non-stop!

Just checking in to say hello. We are looking forward to our cruise, especially since we are freezing here in Ga.

Is anyone interested in doing FE gifts? They were a big hit with my kids on our last cruise.

Ds almost 14 and dd almost 6 are hoping to meet some kids their ages to hang out with.

Ann Marie:)

Hey all - I'm sure your travel agents have been reminding you, but it's about time to be paid in full! Break out that Visa card!!! (At least to get your Disney Rewards points, and then pay it off as fast as you can!)

We're also now bringing along my aunt for her first cruise ever - - she and my dad are closing in on 80, so this will be a real treat for both of them. (Hopefully for us, too!) Our AAA agent managed to get Dad into one of the accessible Cat 6 rooms, so that will accomodate a scooter for him. My aunt is more mobile, so I don't think she'll have any troubles.

By the way, did you hear the news about the changes to the kids' programs? No age restrictions for any of the 3 to 12 year-old programs, and it sounds like they manage it very well. Our DD#2 (12) is very excited by the new options, while DD#1 (14) will be quite happy hanging out in The Stack!

Paid in full here, but then again we booked this cruise not quite a month ago and bit the bullet and paid for the entire cruise at that time.

Is everyone getting excited! Our excursions are booked. We decided against Palo this time. We are doing the kayaking in Key West, Sea Trek in Grand Cayman and Stingrays on CC.

Hiya!
We are paid and ready to go go go! I booked Palo for me and Mom but DH and DD15 are not interested. We are also fishing on Castaway Cay. I am definately into the FE's. They make the cruise a lot of fun.

A special hello to AnnMarie3, fellow Georgian. Not so cold today but wet.

I am doing the kayaking in Key West with my DS,8. My DH and i have to split up the excursions because my little guy will only be 4. I was really hoping that we would get to do more excursions together as a family. I'm sure we'll have a blast anyway!!:yay:

We have our excursions and Palo's booked. It has been to cold here in Georgia so we are really looking forward to this cruise and a week in the warmer Caribbean. Our DD(16) is looking forward to the stack.
Our last Disney cruise was in the Med 2 years ago. We were so busy she didn't get there once.

We are also on this cruise! We have 2 daughters ages are almost 5 and 6 1/2. Super excited...first Disney Cruise and the girls first cruise ever.

What is the FE? We are in cabin 7043 and the late dining.

:cheer2:

Just 2 months and 2 days. I am very excited!

I three orgizational questions....Do we want

A list of participants for the Fish Extenders for shopping purposes?

A meet onboard ship or in the terminal the first or second day?

A disboard group identifer/uniform such as a pin, button, badge or silicone bracelet?

We are def in on the FE's (now that I have spent hours reading up on what they are)

It would be nice to meet up.

If we do ID, I vote for bracelet.

I'm getting WAY EXCITED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We are looking forward to this trip travelling with DH, DD 7 and DD 8 months. FE's sound great...how do we organize it?

My daughter and I are going on this cruise in April. Definitely interested in the FE's. Saw this going on our last cruise and it looks like fun! Just let me know what I need to do to participate.

DD is 10 and looking for friends to hang out with on the ship! Anyone else with DDs in that age group?

Maybe she'll meet up with my niece who is 10. We have a big group including my two boys (8 & 4), nephew 8, niece 1 as well as all the adults who they belong to (including grandma & grandpa)!

We can't wait, it's our first cruise!

It has been a cold & wet winter in Georgia, so we are counting down the days to April 3 :cool1:!
DD turns 10 just before the trip, and is looking forward to all of the activities the Magic has to offer :hippie:.
I guess I should start swimsuit shopping:scared1:....
