Bubbalou's is the best barbecue around!
If you exit Universal Studios onto Kirkman Road, make a left onto Kirkman and follow down till the overpass. Make a left at the light and it's in the strip mall on the side street. (Conroy, I think.) It's only about a mile from USF.

Enjoy--it's the best!

I have Bubbalou's on our Itinerary for our August trip . We'll stop by after leaving USO & IOA on our way to our villa too!

This just gives me even more confidence that I've made a good choice to go there.

Can't wait!

Get a little bit of everything add beans & collard greens and it is perfect for a condo..... be prepared for leftovers.... Don't go to heavy on the fries.. They are krinkle cut and okay but nothing great. Oh yea, don't forget some cold beers, daiquiris or wine in the fridge......

Gotta say, I did not think the portions were huge but then again I was gobbling the ribs like they were going out of style. They are fantastic. Forget the sides and just get ribs, ribs, ribs!!
