BTMRR & Splash Mountain Wait on EMH day

I am planning to go to MK with my husband on Friday, May 6th which is an EMH day. My plan is to stay in Fantasyland until 9:00. I was wondering if at 9:00am I did Haunted Mansion and then headed to BTMRR and Splash Mountain, what the wait would be at those rides. Would it be better to head straight to BTMRR & SM instead?

I would do HM first, Big Thunder 2nd, and Splash 3rd. I would not recommend walking all the way to Big Thunder and Splash and then have to backtrack to HM. Splash is the most time-consuming of the 3, so saving it for last limits the crowd build on the other two.

Thank you for your reply. I have a Haunted Mansion Fp from 11:45-12:45. I was going to do HM after lunch at Columbia Harbour House and then do Mickey's PhilharMagic, Liberty Square Riverboat and Hall of Presidents. So I will be heading back that way after doing Pirates and Jungle Cruise. I don't mind the walking, I am more concerned with minimizing the waits. I started thinking about doing HM earlier because of how crowded it can get later on when you leave the stretching room.

A touring plan we have done several times is to go straight to Peter Pan at rope drop, then go around the corner to Haunted Mansion, then hit Big Thunder (usually twice) and then ride Splash. It works well. I don't think lines will build too soon if you stop in at HM.

Last August, when we got to Haunted Mansion, there was nobody there. We were the only ones in the stretching room and we had empty Doom Buggies around us for the whole ride. It was really memorable.
