I have dark brown hair. When I am exposed to a lot of sunlight, I get red highlights. Are there any products out there that will enhance this effect? I remember when I was younger I had a blonde friend who used a product called "Sun-In" when she was outside. I'm kind of wondering if there's anything like that out there for brunettes. Thanks!

I remember when I was younger you could buy henna. It was in a can and was a powder. You made a paste out of it and put it on your hair. After a bit you washed it out and it left behind really pretty highlights. It seemed to attach itself to the red strands. I always liked the look of it.
Unfortunatly I haven't seen it in a long time. I wish I could find it again because I'd love to bring the red out in my hair.

You know, I have heard some of my neighbors talking about henna to bring out the red highlights. You could try a store like Sally Beauty, maybe it's there!

ARTtec Red Clove shampoo and conditioner. Mix it with their kiwi shampoo tho, as the red clove shampoo really is meant to enhance red highlights rather than get your hair clean. It works a treat tho! You can find it at Visible Changes. :)

You are lucky! I just got bright red and blonde highlights put in my hair yesterday. It is a fun look for summer. It is a lot bolder than I am used too. :)
