Brunch or dinner on Easter

What hotels have a nice Easter brunch or dinner? Or should we stay in the park and go to the Blue Bayou?

I'm sure Napa Rose puts on a great Easter. We loved our Christmas Eve dinner there. Not sure what you are looking for though. It is on the fancy, and pricey, side, but totally worth the money for the dining experience that it is.
