Brunch menu ideas

I am thinking of having my son's communion party at our house after the 10:15 mass. So that would have guest arriving around noon. I was thinking of doing a brunch but really need ideas on what to serve. I welcome all of your advice. Thanks!!

quiches (o you could do the bite size ones from Sams or make)
Fruit
Jello Salad
Ham biscuits or rolls
Chicken Salad on Crossaint
Cheese and crackers
Veg tray

Pastries, croissants, bagels, breakfast casserole, quiche, fruit salad, maybe a spiral sliced ham.

My sister always has a brunch for mothers day. She always makes different things but here are some ideas:

breakfast bake (an egg/sausage thing)
oven potato home fries (cut up the potatoes and bake with olive oil and spices...lipton onion soup is good)
bagels with cream cheese, lox and onion
croissants


and she also makes london broil once in a while...
