Brunch and lego question

Good morning! We have a lego minifigure build scheduled for 11:30am on 11/27 and a wine country brunch at Wine Bar George scheduled for 10:30am. Do you think we'll have time to make it? There's only two of us and we're fast eaters. I thought I would be able to get an earlier brunch but they don't open until 10:30. I looked into pushing our Lego build back a bit but the only available time is 9pm.

I've never been to Wine Bar George, but most brunches I've been to are meant to be savored. You'd have to be seated, have your orders in at the first pass, scarf down the food, and cash out within 45-50ish minutes. It's doable, but an off day in the kitchen or slower service than anticipated might throw off everything.
