Actually, I do believe the public wants them to look young forever.

That's a fair point, but it can so easily backfire. Good example, Lisa Rhinna. I wonder if she lost out on roles because of her horrible overdone lips. I wouldn't have cast someone who so obviously had lip injections or whatever that they kinda looked like a freak and really only had been known by the public as a joke because of it.

It took her long enough, but she got some sense and let her lips go back natural and looks SO much better.
