You know for the 14th of July it's pretty darn cold here in Massachusetts. Currently my thermometer reads 62 degrees and we've got a fine mist falling outside.

While those of you in other parts of the country may be sweltering and thinking, Ooo, that would be nice, it really isn't. We get a short enough summer as it is and this is just making the winter seem a bit closer.

OK, rant over. I've got to go out but need to find a jacket first.

Hot Flashes, 100 degree weather, a/c couldnt keep up... I'm asking dh to send feelers out for Maine!!

Our winter when I first started getting these flashes, I stood outside for 5 min. it was 30 BELOW zero, and I finally was comfortable - dh grabbed me and said, freezer burn!

It's 79 degrees now at 10am and going to 93... ugh!

yeah - Connecticut hasn't seen the sun in a few days either...it's CHILLY out!

it's so depressing...i want to wear my summer clothes! not these long pants/closed toe shoes/long sleeved shirts!

i actually have my heater on under my desk here at work!

This stinks! Im wearing pants and only have my windows open a crack. Yesterday DSs and I went for a 3 mile walk. I was pushing DS in the carriage and I didnt even break a sweat...I was actually cold at times. This is not right!
Cant wait to get to that Florida heat...although it will probably shock us big time.

I's about 72 here at noon and raining again .It rained on monday,yesterday and we had thunderstorms here earlier.We are suppose to have some form of rain or storms through sat.

Cold here too, 65 degrees, no sun. This so called summer is really depressing me

It was like that here in southern MN right after the 4th of July. One day it was only about 57. My kids wanted to go outside and I told them it was too cold!! No, I did take them out.
It's been wacky weather here all summer. A week of rain and cooler temps 60's and low 70's and then blazing up to 90 with 100% humidity for three days. There have been very few really nice days, (high 70's, low 80's sunny and no rain). Although today is one, better get out while we can!!

I just got home from signing my daughter up for dance and my car's thermometer read 60 degrees ! I had to pull out sweatshirts for the kids to wear. New England weather stinks BIG TIME !!!

We had some thunderstorm tonight with a cold front that moved in. At least they said it was a cold front. It doesn't feel much cooler outside. But I heard hail hitting my windows!
