Brrrr it's cold out today... (12/30/16)

We have been here since the 12th of Dec and the weather has been perfect. That night was the coldest since being here but we powered on until 3am in the magic kingdom.
Fireworks were amazing and the view from Big thunder was perfect , spewing i left the Gear 360 camera at Pop.
Oh well still here for another month before home to Australia.

I somehow forgot the tripod last night when I switched bags I was using, that was a fun rush home to get it. Luckily it didn't fill up and nobody really packed the hub until it was close to time for fireworks. Very odd and I really loved it. Very different with no night parade getting people to get a spot really early that is good for both..

how do you like the 360 gear? I saw a few of them being used. I've been eyeing the gear 360 for possible quick usage time to time. I'm kind of waiting to see what gets announced at CES next week before I decide what I really want to do. I've seen some broadcast 8k 360 cameras but wow do they cost some $$$

it's kodak sp360 4Ks, a sony FDR-X3000 4K and a 3 port anker battery to power them. I usually use a third SP360 4K in a different orientation with different settings just in case but the other mount I had with me had an issue I could fix without tools that you can't bring into disney.

anyhow I'm out the door to epcot.

I saw your vid in your other thread. Nice job. The Kodak is a nice 360 camera. You have some cool gear.
The Gear 360 is a nice little package.
I have a s7edge phone so it was a no brainer to pick it. 10 to 20 minute vids stich using the phone in 5 to 10 minutes so its quick.
Will be easy to view in the gear vr.
Quality is good for what it is. All the mid range 360 cameras that are 4k are fairly good with the picture but its 4k stretched out over 360 so its no where near 4k quality.
Stich line in the 360 can be noticable on certain sunny days but night time it is very clear , i was suprised.
Will post up videos later next month when we get home.

Enjoy epcot and keep the 360 rolling.

I need more hands haha.

would love to hear how the gimbal works out on rides, especially btmr, etc. while smooth is nice, I was always thinking gimbals and coasters might not be a good mix. I"m holding off on rides waiting for after hours but doing test runs now for settings and such.
