BRRR-Our Heat is Broken

Yup, our heat broke in the middle of the night. Right in the middle of a cold spell.

The kicker is, I'm actually supposed to be in Disney right now but my father decided 2 weeks ago he didn't want to go. .

I am thinking warm thoughts though. I might just shiver away those pounds. By the end of the day I may be to the 20 pound clippie .

I feek your pain, my heat went on Saturday evening. I called the gas company and they told me there were problems and it may be sunday or Monday till they got to us. I had to call me DH home from work because if they didn't show up within a few hours we were going to have to drain the pipes Thankfully they showed in about 4 hours and since it was the gas companies fault we didn't have to pay for the service call.

I too feel your pain. Last week we had the coldest night so far this winter and that is when ours broke. It was only 2 years old! They came out that day. Stay warm!

Can I help. DH does hvac and we are probably in your neck of the woods. If we can't help I might be able to recommend another company. Or maybe he can tell you what to check.

Thanks for the warm thoughts guys. We finally found a company that would come out today and we got our heat fixed a few hours ago. I think I am finally getting feeling back in my hands

We're up by Pt. Pleasant Beach, so like the northern end of the Jersey Shore. But I do go to school at Stockton, close to you.

DH works all over the state. He used to live in Pt. Pleasant, Toms River, and other northern areas. I am a Stockton student on a break. I will be returning in Sept., maybe a summer class. My dd is a Stockton student as well.
