BRP Trouble

I just tried (for the first time) to check online rates with the BRP program. I entered my pass number the best I could figure out, and it came back wtih my name and the correct date that my pass expires, so it seemed as if I had done it correctly. However, when I clicked the "Book Now" button for the BRP, it said "ops, a valid adult pass is required to book this offer.". What (if anything) did I do wrong?

I'm assuming it's NOT a child's AP, right?!!!! If you're sure you entered the # correctly and it's still not letting you book, call this phone # 407-939-7429. This is the # to the Best Rate Program and the CM will be able to give you pricing and even book it for you (not sure they can "fix" your technical problem :teeth:

It did that to me too, but I was using my child's pass by mistake. Double check and make sure it's your pass. (that is assuming that you even have a child's pass!)
