BRP... getting error online when trying to get prices...

I need to start getting together a plan for our January trip. I need to book my rooms for Jan 20-29th trip by next month. I CAN NOT get the prices for the different resorts to come up. I can get into the passholders section just fine. When I put in my trip info, and the resorts to select come up, I get an error about "BACK TRACKING" that comes up. I have NO Idea what that is!!!!

There is a large group of about 20 going, and I need to start comparing resort prices..

Is anyone else getting this error???

You're not putting in for 20 people when checking BRP are you? It seems you can only book one room at a time with BRP and the maximum listed occupancy of any one room is 8 (at one of the "home away from home" resorts).

Otherwise I have no problems getting BRP rates on the passholder site for your dates.

As he said I would check it room by room. But you do know Disney offers discounts for groups over 10.

No. I was just checking one room. Not rooms for everyone!
I just wanted to get some prices to compare. 2 families have 5 people.. so we are weighing our options.. well TRYING to, as I cant seem to make it work.
