Browsing through the RCI trade possibilities -- have a question

For each RCI resort, there's a little chart that tells how many the units will sleep and how many get privacy. Can someone please explain what exactly is meant by the privacy number?

For example:

Sleeps 6
Privacy 4

That's the number of people who get a bedroom. ie. If it says capacity is 4 but only 2 have privacy. It means 2 sleep in the living room pullout and 2 have a bedroom.

To count for "privacy" at up to 2 people (couple) per room, the bedding offered must permit the people sleeping there to access a bathroom without entering another sleeping space.

So here are examples of possible 2BRs, all sleeping a maximum of 8 people:

Sleeps 8
Privacy 2
MBR w/king bed, 2nd BR w/2 doubles and LR w/pullout sofa.
Only 1 bathroom and it's accessible only from the LR => privacy for 2 in the LR.

Sleeps 8
Privacy 4
MBR w/queen, 2nd BR w/queen and LR w/pullout sofa and double murphy.
2 bathrooms, both only accessible from inside each BR => privacy for 4, 2 in each of the BRs.

Sleeps 8
Privacy 6
MBR w/king, 2nd BR w/2 doubles and LR w/double murphy.
2 bathrooms, one accessible from MBR, one accessible from a small hallway between the LR and the 2nd BR => privacy for 6, 2 in each sleeping area.

Sleeps 8
Privacy 8
MBR w/king, LR w/pullout sofa, lock-off MBR w/king, lock-off den w/pullout sofa.
2 bathrooms, one in each side of the lock-off, each bathroom has two doors, each accessible from a MBR and from a LR/den => privacy for 8, 2 in each sleeping area. No one has to invade the privacy of another couple when going to the bathroom at night.

The privacy listings matter most when couples are traveling together or when you want to give separate sleeping spaces to rivaling siblings or light sleepers. For most regular families traveling, the "privacy" only matters for the MBR.
