I saw someone with a brown pirate hat that had a green parrot on it and an eyepatch!

Where did they get that?

That was probably Baby -- he will tell you he was created with the hat.

He was, because he joined before Beta, when only invited players could play, there were other costumes for sale by that time, he chose the hat, and that hat accidentaly got a glitch, and made it get stuck to him, so he could change any of his clothes until one day yavn fixed his bug and he was able to change clothes, and yavn allowed Baby to keep his hat.

It was a girl character with green flips and this totally awesone pirate hat and eyepatch. She did not respond to my question, however, but had a CL_ in front of her name!

They should make that hat buyable!

No, it doesn't. As CL_Lisawdw had a Stitch Hat, and Baby is close friends with her, they switched hats for a while. And yes, Stitch Hat is now available by booking a trip to DLR, soon to be also WDW. It comes together with a new stitch pin and blue travel box
