I've had the filet several times and it is excellent. Washed down with a good margarita just makes it even better!

I had no idea the margaritas there were good. I'll have to try it next time! I've had a chocolate martini there, and they make it well. In terms of food, the Filet rocks. I think it's the best filet on property. Disclaimer: Have not eaten in Yatchman's, but I've tried the filet basically everywhere else and every other Sig for sure.

We are going next month and I was leaning towards the filet...Would you say its better than Jiko? I ate there last year and their filet with the red wine reduction was mouth watering!!!

Everyone's taste is different, but yes, the two times I had the BD filet, I thought it was better than the one Jiko filet I tried. Also better than the 2-3 Le Cellier mushroom risotto filets I've had, though I'm very fond of that risotto. For a non-filet steak, the strip at Flying Fish is excellent as well. The one filet I didn't like was at California Grill, although overall I like CG a lot, the filet we had was pretty poor. Citrico's filet was unremarkable, I don't really remember it!

Salads are great!
the lamb chop dish (not sure if they still have it) was suprisingly delicious.
Banana White Chocolate Toffe tower is like BUTTER in your mouth.

I believe this place would be a must-do if it were only 1 credit. It is definitely one of the better places to eat on property, but I wouldn't consider it amazing or anything. I enjoyed it. I thought the famed grapefruit cake was novel and good. I ate a very good steak. I'd recommend it wholeheartedly, but I just think it is too expensive.

I also had a decent cocktail. They have quite a selection. The word to describe Brown Derby is swanky.
