Brown Derby Silver Pork Chop Recipe

Wow - My family and I just got back from Disney. We had a wonderful time, but the one thing that sticks out in my head is the Silver Pork Chop I ate at the Brown Derby. Does anyone have that recipe? I need to get my hands on it, it was the best meal I've had at Disney, maybe the best pork chop ever. I wish I had asked for it while we were there, but I didn't know you could do that. If anyone's got it, please share! Thanks!
