:flower: Another great meal ! We didn't order any appetizers this time since we wanted to save room for dessert! My Dh and I had the Stone Ground Mustard-Crusted Rack of Lamb. Oh my, it was soooo good! It was so tender it was like a very good fillet!! It melted in my mouth! The potatoes gratin went really well with it. I know it is not proper manners, but the lamb was so good, we picked up the bones and sucked the meat on the ends! :p My DD had the grilled chicken breast, and my son had the Mickey's Macaroni and Cheese. Both liked it . They also ordered Sour Stich to drink. They said it was good, they tried to order it at Kona's but they didn't know what it was. For dessert my dh and I shared the grapefruit cake! Excellent! My kids both got the Hidden Treasure Dessert. They said it was good. This was a very good meal, good service and good atmosphere. The atmosphere reminds me of when Lucy went to Brown Derby on vacation! :flower: A must do on future trips!

Always a favourite - good food, good service, good athmosphere.

Must try a dessert next time......

A Sour Stich is apple juice, fresh lime juice, sprite and club soda $2.59. with a lime wedge! It sounds gross to me, but my kids loved it! :p

Thanks for the review. We haven't been to Brown Derby yet, but it's definitely on my list to try soon. :)

Mmm, thanks for the review- it reminded me to eat here on my next trip. I had a great meal at Brown Derby in December... yum!

Glad you liked the Derby. Was it crowded??

It was very full until I think people left for Fantasmic show. If you are looking for a romantic dinner, eat during the show, I am sure you will have the place to yourself!

Thanks for another great post. We have not eaten at The Brown Derby since 2002, so after reading your review we might have to go again on our next trip. The rack of Lamb sure sounds good. :flower:

:flower: Does anyone know how to request for recipes once you are already home?

Thanks for the review you helped me decide between the Brown Derby and 50's Prime Time for our MGM day.

We went to this restaurant for the first time last Oct. and we will always eat here when at MGM. The food, atmosphere and service was excellent. It was a welcome break from the parks.

Love that grapefruit cake! Don't forget, you can get it at Starring Rolls. If it's not in the case, you can ask for it--a couple of times CMs ran into the restaurant to get our pieces!

We are planning on doing our fantasmic package here on our next trip. I was a little worried about the kids' meals but it sounds great! What is the hidden treasure dessert?

:flower: It is chocolate pudding with cookie crumbs with gummy worms inside. Are you familar with the dirt dessert? It is like that. Gross but kids love it! :earboy2:

Do you need to make ps's here?

:flower: When we arrived for dinner they were telling people that there were no available ps's available for that night. I would call and make a ps!
