Brown Derby for Fantasmic! lunch

Perhaps someone here can help me. Trying to book a Hollywood Brown Derby (HBD) Fantasmic (F!) reservation for lunch on June 5, 2014. First, I understand now that F! is loaded at about 180 days, not very much before. For example, although June falls into my +10 window, F! is still not available for June. However, even on the days it is in the system, I am having problems booking on the website.

I spoke to a CM today. She can see HBD having F! availability for lunch on 5/31, which is exactly 180 days out. However, when I try to use the website to book, I cannot pull up these reservations. For example, if I search for "lunch" at DHS for that day, it says "Fantasmic Packages available for multiple locations", but if I click on the times available, they are all for Mama Melrose, even on the times that the CM says are available at HBD. If I try to pick the HBD from the drop down box under Fantasmic Dining Packages, there are no lunch times available.

I guess I can just call as soon as June F! dates are loaded, but I really don't love calling. Anyone know how to do this on the website?

It sounds like there is a glitch in the system. In the past the F! Dining Packages weren't necessarily loaded 180-days in advance (it was kind of random), so it doesn't surprise me to hear that they're still having problems.

You're probably either going to have to call to see if the June dates are loaded or wait and see if MDE resolves itself. Good luck!

Yep, Fantasmic packages for June were just added today.
