Brown Derby - FDP or regular

We are on dining plan and are considering trying out Brown Derby. I think I read somewhere that with FDP at Brown Derby, the meal included an appetizer (but I don't remember where). Anyway, what do you get with FDP with Brown Derby? Can you order anything off regular menu or is selection limited with FDP? I'm not sure if will we see F! or not -- but if FDP is better deal than regular TS, I might be interested in it. Then we'd have seats for F! if we decided to go. Thanks for your input!

I believe you can order off the regular menu and yes it includes an appetizer. However, be sure you realize that it is 2 table service credits per person for the Brown Derby on the dining plan and for the Fantasmic Show.
