Brown Derby and picky eater

We have the Fantasmic dinner package booked in Sept and am trying decide to keep it or not, I have a son who is vegaterian and a picky eater and I don't see much on the menu he will eat especially considering it uses 2 adult dining credits. Will they allow me to just order something like fries and a dessert for him and pay oop, will they still let him have the fantasmic pass? or am I better just canceling. Without sounding rude please posters don't let this turn into a debate on how i shouldn't let my son be so picky, I've all ready been through that on these boards

The only vegetarian thing I see at Brown Derby is the noodle bowl. Have you looked into Mama Melrose's? We LOVE it and they have great flatbreads.

I really wanted mama melroses as he would eat things on there menu but the only resturant available for the fantasmic package my night was brown Derby, other ones were booked.

How old is your son? There's a grilled cheese on the kids menu. Would he eat that?

I never thought to look at the kids menu, he is 14 but would eat a grilled cheese and fries no problem, would they let me pay oop for a kids meal for him instead of using 2 adult credits just for a kids meal?

I've never done the dining plan, but DD11 often orders off the kids menu with no problems.

Yes, they will let you pay OOP for your son's meal. Just let them know before you order.They'll do two checks. (And make sure to check your balance on your DDP credits before you leave, to confirm that they did it correctly!)
