Hi memom,
How was your tuesday?
Did you hear about the 2010 promotion?
It's called give a day, get a disney day! We are now going thanksgiving 2010 because of it
Congrats on your Crystal Palace ressie.
I just made one for 1:00 on Emily's birthday![]()
Tuesday was okay. A pretty normal Tuesday. I went camera hunting after school, but I came home empty-handed. I'd like to have something for this weekend so that I can test it out at Disney on Ice.
I did glance at the Give a Day promotion, but I haven't really sat down to look at exact details yet.
I'm happy with getting the Crystal Palace reservation. Jill and I have been wanting Trent to try it, so when he said he was planning on being there on the 28th, I went ahead and booked it. Like wigd, I hope we can get into the park to get to our ADR.

All caught up. Great pics as always and even a few "hidden MeMoms" Glad the guys arrived safely. Drew gives directions like my hubby!
Drew is very basic about most things, but ask him a question about a BMX anything, a car part, or a camera type, and he can get very detailed. More than you'd ever want to know about those things, just enough to scrape by on anything else.

Loved the updates! Sorry I haven't commented already but I've been trying to finalize some things for our November trip. I had to tell you about the deal I got b/c I wasn't sure if you had booked your October flight yet or not. Maybe a similar deal will come your way. I got a Ding from Southwest today for $59 per person from Raleigh to Orlando! So I booked it and have been trying to figure all the flying stuff out. I have never flown (and swore I never would) and I am very nervous. I'm excited but very nervous.
Please tell me it will be ok. I need reassurance.
I cannot believe that I actually booked it. I am putting MY BABY ON A PLANE!!!!!!!!!
Tell me I am not insane. People fly everyday, right???? Southwest has never had a fatality, right???? Yes, I am already panicing and it is a month away. And I know NOTHING about flying at all! I've got to learn what you can take and how it has to be bagged up and all that stuff.
Please tell me that there is nothing to worry about!
You'll probably get spoiled to flying. It is so nice to just be there in a couple of hours fresh and ready to go. I'm claustrophobic, as you may know, so my worry was being enclosed, but I have learned just where I can sit on the plane to have enough room in front of me to feel good, and I imagine that the whole back behind me is just open space. I turn on the air over me, read a magazine, and look out the window at the wide open space frequently. For the payoff of being there by the time I skim through the magazine, I have made myself be able to do that. The heights don't bother me, and I don't even think of crashing or anything like that. I think our chances of a car wreck would be much higher. I think you'll do fine, and I bet you'll decide that at $59, it's definitely the way to go!
We'll be driving in December, because flights are high then, and many of them are already gone as it is. I'm kind of looking forward to it, though, because we're going to stop at the mall for a while before we go into WDW, and I have been wanting to do that.
