We have made the decision (based upon a lot of factors) to sell our DVC....I have a few questions about brokers in general--I know this is the Timeshare site--hope it is ok to ask--what about commissions--has anyone done it themselves and if so how complicated...would like to get this over with asap, but hate to pay a HUGE commission...
