Broker impact on ROFR

Just wondering if the broker you use has any bearing on whether you are more likely to pass ROFR?

I do not think so. We used TSS and they were great!

I don't think the realtor matters to Disney...but I DO think some realtors understand both the marketplace and Disney policies much better than others.

We used TTS and it made the difference between passing ROFR and not. I would have offered a dollar less, but my TTS agent said it would not clear ROFR. We made the right offer, and in the same week two other deals were taken by ROFR at the price I was going to offer.

I have actually offered less than what my broker suggested. I was willing to take a risk and save a little money - I would have been OK if Disney ROFR'd my contract, there is always another contract. Luckily for us, Disney passed on our contract and we saved some money in the process.
