Broken Souvenir Toy...What Can I Do? (UPDATE)

We just got back a couple weeks ago from a great trip. We bought DD a Nemo light spinner thing a Epcot, and it seems like the day we got back, it broke! The top spinning part has separated and the wires are hanging out and it won't light up anymore. I'm pretty sure she didn't drop it or anything...its just coming apart. It was only $14 or so, but I think it should last a little longer than a few weeks. She loves it, but I hate to give it to her with wires hanging out.

So anyway, is there anywhere I can get a replacement?

UPDATE:
I called the number and got Disney Merchandising. They were very helpful. Apparently the Nemo spinner has been "liquidated" and is no longer available (they had a ton 3 weeks ago ) , but they are sending a Princess one to replace it. Very nice of them considering I dont have the receipt.

I purchased some Mickey earrings and one of the stones came out about a week later. I phoned WDW and they sent me a new pair! I will see if I can find the number for you!
