Today was our last day in the parks and a mug we got broke on the way back to the hotel. Is there a way to return this without going back in the park, like in downtown Disney?

I've returned and exchanged items purchased in the park at World of Disney as recently as June. You need the receipt or they'll give you a merchandise credit that can only be used at the resort for merchandise, unlike a regular gift card.

Um, you may be able to buy a new one without going back into the park by going to Downtown Disney or a Hotel gift shop. But, I'm not sure you can return something you broke...

I have heard you can get it replaced at world of Disney too. goodluck

We went back after all so I took it to the same location and she swapped it with a new one, no problem at all. She wrapped the new one extra well.
