Broke down at the fort. Need help

I'd also like to know what dealership this is, so I know to avoid them if we ever have problems while we're there. We also tow with a Suburban (2001, 3/4 ton), and if anything were to happen to it while we were there, they definitely will not be getting my business.

When we arrived at FW in January we noticed gas leaking underneath our 2000 3/4 ton suburban. We drove it over to AAA Car Care center in front of Magic Kingdom. The fuel lines had rusted. They had it fixed in a few days. They were very nice and because it was AAA it was guaranteed. They drove us back to our camp site and picked us up when it was ready. :santa:

Well I talked with the service rep today. They are trying to find a used salvaged axle. . .

1) If they can't find one from a junk yard, YOU call some yards.
2) These are the highest volume axles that GM installs on GMT800-GMT900 model trucks/vans.
3) If you want new, there is NO REASON they can't get it from the GM-SPO parts depot.
4) Most junkyards do guarantee the parts they sell.
. . . no 30-60-90 warranty
. . . but, guaranteed to work initially after installation
. . . or, they replace it with a like-part
. . . besides, axles are seldom bad/damaged when the vehicle is sent to salvage
5) Best of luck !!!

Now that I have the suburban back in my possession I will tell you all the dealer name

Starling Chevy in kissemee.
They were not honest in their dealings with me as posted above, I would never recommend them to anyone, and if I broke down in front of them I wouldn't take free help from them.
Just saying

Glad you're finally fixed up. We will definitely stay away from Starling.

I am so glad you're all fixed up now, but I sure am sorry you had such a terrible experience.
