Happy Thanksgiving

Arrived Saturday. Crowds were manageable until Tuesday. MGM was nuts Tuesday. Osbourne lights cool.

Dinner at Chef Mickey's today.

We are in 3332 a great 2BR on the third floor near the Turtle Pond bus stop. No noise, unless you count the fountain.

Gotta go to T Giving dinner....bye!

Sounds like a great vacation. We are sooooo jealous as we were originally supposed to be in WDW right now.

Have fun and let us know how the rest of the week is.

Thanks for the report! Are there any activities at OKW for Thanksgiving? How's the weather? Hope we're at OKW next year!

Give us a pool update!!!

They have the slide structure erected in its rough stages. Workers are toiling feverishly every time we pass it. (Except Thanksgiving.) I will try to get a picture.

I also took a picture of what is left of the *red building.* at BWVI

Conch Flats Keynotes did not list any special T-Giving activities. Resort is decorated nicely.

We had a *new* bus breakdown right in front of the HH (after almost breaking down at MGM after loading a HCapped passenger.

DTD was totally nutso tonight after dinner. Now back *home* thank goodness.

JoePoe,

Thanks for the update. Would love to see some photos. Can wait go "home".

Hey Joe! we were your next door neighbors in 3215/16. I think it was my MIL who the bus broke down on. The handicap lift broke, my DH had to come out and help get the scooter off the bus. I believe it was MGM we left them at, because the 1st bus that came was not handicap accessible. This would of been on Tuesday?

If you can take pics of the pool/slide that would be awesome!!!!!

Keep having a great time and stay off the buses! :boat:

It was Wednesday when the bus broke down. We got to the Hospitality house and got off. Walked back to building 33. Sounds like they were having bus issues.

For those who asked, weather was fantastic! 80's most days, except for Thanksgiving and the days that followed. Upper 60's lower 70's on those days. Crowds were heavy at the parks on Friday and Saturday with many "locals". For those of us who visit often, things were managable. For a "once of a lifetime" trip, I would have been stressed.
