Without wishing to sound like a broken record, we have found there are still some problems with our Brit's Guide Newsletter delivery service, which is powered by something called Zookoda and seems to be full of glitches. The latest edition should have gone out to all subscribers on Jan 1, but we have had one report of the delivery being garbled and one that nothing has been received at all. Could we please ask people to let us know 1) if they are receiving it, and 2) if they have had problems? Please reply either here or email us at britsguide@yahoo.com.

With thanks in advance for your help,

Simon

I received it without problems, too, albeit with slightly a slightly garbled title:

A Brit’s Guide to Orlando and Walt Disney World

Mine was like this too, but otherwise no problems.

Thanks, folks. It does seem as if there are still a few gremlins in the works that we need to deal with. The majority seem to be delivered OK, but there are enough problems that we probably need to look at the system again. Thanks for your input, and keep the messages coming!

shagster330, if you would like to send your email address to britsguide@yahoo.com I'll pass it on to our tech guy to be sure you're in our system correctly. Also, check your Bulk Mail and be sure you have authroised AskDaisy.net so that the newsletter isn't being deleted as SPAM. :)

Having revisited the January 1st email, I've realised that I'd actually clicked on the link for the December newsletter rather than the latest one. I must admit, I did think it was a bit out of date (reading about Christmas events on 1st January!). I haven't seen this one before, though, which makes me pretty sure I didn't receive an email notification for it.

If you look at the email I received, you can probably see why I went to the December newsletter without realising there was also one there for January.
