Brita Fill/go Sport Bottles

Sports Authority has them on clearance too for about $5 . they are in the camping section

It says on the filter box to replace the filter every 15 gallons/57 liters or about every 2 -3 months depending on taste and usage. I bought two fill & go bottles at Walmart a couple of weeks ago on clearance for $5.00 each and 5 boxes of filters on clearance for $4.00 each (2 filters in each box) I figured I should stock up on the filters before they can't be found anymore. I also saw a ton of them on ebay a couple of weeks ago for the same prices I paid.

I just saw them on ebay for $30!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Maybe I should buy up all the refills we had at our local Stop and Shop for $7.99. I thought that was a lot of money and wouldn't buy them.

WOW! Who would pay that price when there are others going for under $10. People just amaze me!

I bought two last night at Wal-Mart for $4.50. They still had alot left.

I saw quite a few on ebay, and the shipping was pretty cheap too. Our Walmart was out of them, so I bought some off ebay. They shipped to me in 3 days.

I live in PA (Philly suburb) and found my Brita fill and go bottle and replacement filters in my Acme supermarket.

Hope this helps someone! :flower:

Checked several Wal-mart stores in my area, each one only had filters left on clearance (bought several packs). There are bottles available on e-bay. Most prices were reasonable.

My DH & I are taking our family for the first time in June. We have DD (5) & DD (1.5). DD will turn 6 during our trip. Can't wait to go.

I found them clearanced at Boscov's store (department stores in the Northeast) for $ .99 I got the last 3 in the store.

Last week I went to 3 WalMarts 2 Targets and a Sports Authority...nothing, went to my local Jewl Food Store to buy Propel Water and there loo and behold was a shelf filled with them... brita bottles to go... I bought 3 for 8.00 a piece. and 2 packets of filter replacements. Check your grocery store especially if it is a large chain store. Good luck

I know it may be hard to pay regular price for them when you read about others on this board getting them at the clearance prices. However, my daughter and I both called Brita, and were both told that the sports bottles have definitely been discontinued. Brita will no longer be manufacturing and selling them. Their reasoning was that the market in recent years hasn't justified continuing production. So - if you do find them, go ahead and buy them - along with any filters you can find. Full price is better than no Brita bottles at all. BTW, I have found that the filters last quite a bit longer than the estimate given on the package. We keep using them until the water starts to taste funny again.

I spent Easter break with my family in Canada. Why can't they all just move to Orlando? :confused3 Anyway.....

While I was doing some shopping up there I found a display of Britta products. These are a Canadian item and maybe they have their newest product line there first. They had the regular Britta filters for the pitchers with a free water bottle, not a fill and go but a Eddie Bower type non-breakable one. No fill and go bottles or filters. I'm not totally convinced that they have stopped making these, but are hard to find. I too found mine at a Super Walmart. They will only be found when you are not specifically looking for them!! ::yes::

I live in Jersey and our walmarts still have them. They are in the hardware section. They were on clearance for 4.00 a piece. I picked up three more. I actually bought some last year and used them on our trip to Disney last year. They were GREAT !! You can use water fountain water in them and the water tastes great. We actually went into the counter service stations in all of the parks and asked for ice water ( its FREE and they give you a huge cup of ice water) and we would pour them in the brita bottles. You dont have to as the counter service water tastes good anyways but it was easier for us to just put it in the brita bottle. But like I said most of the parks water is very cold in the water fountains just tastes like crap and the brita bottles made it taste like bottled water. Saved us TONS of money buying the water bottles from the parks and since we go in July water bottles get hot fast walking around and who wants to drink hot water and with your brita bottles you can have ice cold good tasting water whenever you want. I would DEF seek them out.

:cheer2: Goin to Disney again this year. July 1-17th...disney heeeeeere weeeeeee cooooooome !! :cool1:
